How Many Premier League Teams Qualify For the Champions League?

The top four teams in the Premier League qualify for the Champions League, with the top two going into the group stage. Positions 3rd and 4th have to go through Champions League qualifying. In the event that a Premier League teams wins the Champions League and finishes outside of the top 4, then the Premier League has 5 teams in next season's Champions League

If a team wins the Champions League and also finishes in the top four, their place is not given to the team that finishes 5th.

Which Premier League Teams Qualify For the Europa League?

The team that finishes fifth in the Premier League qualifies for next season's Europa League. The FA Cup winners also qualify for the Europa League.

If the FA Cup winners also finish in the top 5 in the Premier League, the Europa League place goes to the next highest ranked team in the Premier League.
